Blue Star Auto Salon is a STEK USA Black Label installer in Everett, Washington, near Paine Field Airport, protecting and enhancing vehicles and boats across Snohomish County. But the short version of who we are is simpler than any service list: a family-owned shop that treats every vehicle and vessel like its own.
Our Story
Blue Star Auto Salon was founded by the Trapp family in Shoreline in March 2015, a small, family-owned business focused on detailing. A decade later, it has grown into Everett’s premier auto salon, now based near Paine Field. Along the way, one thing never changed: we treat every vehicle and vessel like it is our own.
We are car people and boat people first. We understand the difference between a job that looks good in the bay and a finish that still looks right years later, through Pacific Northwest rain, road salt, UV, and saltwater. That is the work we care about, and it is why customers have driven in from across the region for over 10 years, and why they trust us with what they drive and what they take out on the water.
WHAT BLACK LABEL MEANS
In 2025, STEK USA invited us into its Black Label program, a designation reserved for a short list of installers nationwide who meet its highest standards for craftsmanship and care. It is not something a shop can buy. For a family business that started with detailing and grew one satisfied customer at a time, it was recognition of the standard we had held from the first day.

ROOTED IN SNOHOMISH COUNTY
We have served the north Seattle area since our Shoreline beginnings, and today we call Everett home, minutes from Paine Field and the marinas of Possession Sound. That location says a lot about the work we do. We are as comfortable protecting a boat’s gelcoat for the season as we are wrapping a brand new EV. This is driving and boating country, and we built a shop to match.
